Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the cadigv.com website (the “Site”) and any services offered by Cadig Ventures Ltd. (“us”, “we”, “our”).

Your access to and use of the Site is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Site.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access the Site.

2. Use License

a. For Site Visitors: Permission is granted to temporarily access and use the materials on the Site for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.
b. For Clients: Upon full payment for services, you are granted a license to use the final delivered product (e.g., website, software, design) as outlined in your specific project agreement. Cadig Ventures Ltd. retains ownership of all underlying code, frameworks, and pre-existing intellectual property used to create your product.
c. For Store Customers: Purchasing a digital product (e.g., theme, template, software license) from our store grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for its intended purpose, subject to any specific license terms provided at purchase.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Site.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

4. Links To Other Web Sites

Our Site may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Cadig Ventures Ltd. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Cadig Ventures Ltd. shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

5. Services & Projects (For Agency Clients)

a. Proposals & Scope: Projects will be defined by a separate written proposal or statement of work (“SOW”) that is mutually agreed upon. The SOW will outline project scope, deliverables, timelines, and costs. These Terms govern where the SOW is silent.
b. Revisions & Scope Creep: The proposal includes a set number of revision rounds. Additional requests that fall outside the agreed scope may incur additional fees and require a change order.
c. Client Responsibilities: You agree to provide timely feedback, materials, and access to necessary systems/information to enable us to complete the project.
d. Termination: Either party may terminate a project for material breach with written notice. Upon termination, you will pay us for all work completed and expenses incurred up to the termination date.

6. Store Purchases & Payments

a. Fees: You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your purchases in accordance with the prices and terms stated on the Site.
b. Taxes: You are responsible for paying any applicable taxes (like VAT) based on your location.
c. Payment Processing: All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.

7. Refunds & Returns

All sales of digital products (software, themes, licenses) are subject to our Refunds and Returns Policy which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it carefully before making a purchase.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

a. General Use: Your use of the Site is at your sole risk. The Site is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Cadig Ventures Ltd. disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
b. Services: While we strive for perfection, we do not guarantee that our services will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from the use of a product we develop, including lost profits or data, beyond the total fees you paid for the specific service in question.
c. Digital Products: We are not liable for any damages caused by digital products purchased from our store, including those resulting from incompatibility with your systems.
