Thank you for shopping at Cadig Ventures Ltd. We pride ourselves on the quality of our digital products and physical merchandise. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and our obligations regarding returns and refunds.
1. Digital Products (Software, Themes, Templates, eBooks, Licenses)
Due to the nature of digital goods, which can be duplicated and retained after a refund, our policy is designed to protect our intellectual property while being fair to customers.
- Refund Eligibility:
We offer refunds on digital products within 14 days of your purchase only if:- The product is defective, doesn’t work as described on the product page, or is fundamentally broken.
- You have provided details of the issue and allowed our technical team a reasonable opportunity to troubleshoot and resolve it.
- The issue cannot be resolved by our support team.
- Non-Refundable Situations:
- Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds simply because you changed your mind, found a better product elsewhere, or no longer need the product.
- Incompatibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the product (e.g., a software plugin or theme) is compatible with their system before purchasing. We provide detailed specifications and requirements on each product page. Incompatibility with your specific setup is not grounds for a refund.
- Lack of Technical Expertise: Inability to install or configure a product is not considered a valid reason for a refund. We provide documentation and support to assist you.
- Download & Access: Once a digital product has been successfully downloaded or accessed, it is generally not eligible for a refund unless it meets the “defective” criteria above.
- How to Request a Refund for a Digital Product:
Contact our support team at support@cadigv.com within 14 days of purchase. Please include:- Your full name and order number.
- The name of the product.
- A detailed description of the issue you are experiencing.
- Any relevant screenshots or error messages.
2. Physical Merchandise (Branded Swag, Hardware)
For any physical items sold in our store (e.g., t-shirts, mugs, hardware).
- Returns & Refunds Eligibility:
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging.
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards (if applicable)
- Software or other digital products on physical media (e.g., USB drives) if the seal is broken.
- Items marked as “final sale” or “clearance.”
- How to Initiate a Return for a Physical Item:
- Email us at returns@cadigv.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Once received, securely pack the item(s) and include the RMA number inside the package.
- Mail your return to the address we provide. Please note: Shipping costs for returning an item are non-refundable and are the customer’s responsibility.
- Refunds for Physical Items:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Please note: We can only offer refunds for the cost of the item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
3. Defective or Damaged Physical Goods
If you receive a defective or damaged physical product, please contact us immediately at support@cadigv.com with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a pre-paid shipping label for you to return the damaged item.
